Confidentiality, Privacy & Team Code of Conduct Agreement
This document is the Concise Reading Version (Version 0.1 Draft) of the FANOS Confidentiality, Privacy, and Team Code of Conduct Agreement. It is provided for online review and acknowledgment. Substantive terms remain subject to legal review. All acknowledgments are submitted electronically through the portal.
Who must acknowledge
This agreement applies to employees, contractors, interns, student mentees, volunteers, advisors, and any person who receives access to FANOS information (Section 1 of the agreement).
Participants under 18
When the Team Member is under age 18, a parent or legal guardian must also review the agreement and provide their electronic acknowledgment online (Section 18 of the agreement).
Electronic signatures
The agreement explicitly permits electronic signatures and online acknowledgments "to the extent allowed by law" (Section 17.8). No paper printout or manual scan is required.
